IPFone and Polycom’s SoundPoint IP Trade-In Program rewards you when you trade in competitive desktop phones and purchase eligible Polycom SoundPoint IP products. End User customers can qualify for rebates up to $75 on purchases of new Polycom SoundPoint IP phones from a Certified Polycom Reseller.

SoundPoint IP Desktop Phone Trade-In Program

Step 1 Purchase a new qualified Polycom SoundPoint IP from a Polycom reseller through 12/31/2010. (See table of qualifying products)

Step 2 Complete the SoundPoint IP Trade-In Claim Form and Letter of Authentication, Recycler Certification, Destruction or certificate of donation from a charitable non-profit organization. The serial numbers of all phones traded in MUST be submitted for tracking and auditing purposes

Step 3 Submit completed SoundPoint IP Trade-In Claim Form, Letter of Authentication and Destruction or Recycle, proof of purchase, and customer invoice or receipt via mail or email as directed on the claim form. All claim forms must be submitted within 60 days of purchase as stated on the invoice.

Step 4 Polycom will issue each rebate check directly to the End User customer within 6 weeks of receiving qualified and verified claims.

Rebates are offered on the new SoundPoint IP units being purchased , not the product being traded in. Trade-in rebates are offered on a one for one basis.

Approved Competitive Trade-In Equipment

Any working business grade desktop phone (analog, digital or IP) from a vendor other than Polycom qualifies for the offer. No Polycom-branded phones, corded speaker phones, or conference phones qualify.
